San Diego-area casino Barona Resort & Casino is kicking off the holiday season with a major points multiplier on Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday.

In fact, all day long on Nov. 23 and Nov. 24, players will earn seven times the points playing on what Barona calls San Diego’s loosest slots, video poker and keno games.

“There’s a reason why Barona is known as the point multiplier capital of the world,” Barona Resort & Casino General Manager Rick Salinas said. “You won’t find extra points like we regularly offer our players anywhere else. We want to make the start of the season even brighter with seven times points on players’ favorite games.”

All multiplied points earned during the promotion will be redeemable for cash back and promotional entries. However, the points do not count for comps or higher Club Barona tiers.

Club Barona and Thanksgiving

Club Barona is the Barona Resort & Casino player loyalty program. In fact, membership in Club Barona is free and open to all players.

Members earn points redeemable for dining, free play, hotel stays, and cash back. Simply use the Club Barona Card while slots, video poker, or table games to earn points. Plus, Club Barona membership may be upgraded to Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status for even more benefits based on play.

Barona Resort & Casino has been named the “Best Casino” and “Loosest Slots” for seven consecutive years in the San Diego’s Best Union-Tribune Readers Poll.

The casino features 2,100 slot and video poker machines and more than 90 table games. Plus, the AAA Four Diamond hotel on the property features 400 rooms and suites with views of Barona Valley.

Barona also features a variety of dining options, spa, full-service events center and the 18-hole championship Barona Creek Golf Club. It is located just 30 miles northeast of downtown San Diego.

Additionally, nearby Pala Casino Spa & Resort is undergoing a $170 million expansion that will see a new hotel tower added.
